If this is the problem, you can access the information center through a standard entry point.
This includes information center icons, menu items, and the information center URL provided to you during installation.

You are trying to access the information center through an incorrect URL.
If this is the problem, check the URL for mistakes, or access the information center through a standard entry point.

You do not have a working internet connection.
Several files in the information center are accessed from other computers on the internet.
If this is the problem, connect your computer to the internet.
You will not be able to access internet files contained in the information center without a working connection.

You are trying to access the CD-ROM version of the information center with an incorrect version of the information center CD,
or there is no information center CD-ROM in the drive.
If this is the problem, place the correct information center CD in the drive.

You are trying to access a document installed on your iSeries(TM) server and the instance that was configured for serving information center
documents is not running. If this is the problem, restart the HTTP instance for the information center that you configured on the iSeries server and try again.

You are trying to access a document installed on your iSeries and the port number specified in the URL is incorrect.
Check the configuration file for the instance configured to serve information center documents and specify the correct
the port number in the URL.
